Made of 100% polyester texturing yarn, the Kitten Pota240 offers low particle count, low extractable ions, solvent compatibility, high strength and good wiping efficiency.

Suitable for general wiping purpose in Class 100-10000 (ISO 5-7) cleanroom biotech industry, pharmaceuticals industry, Semiconductor industry & also Suitable for cleaning optic instruments (lens, camera industry), equipment or computer screen.

Our wipes are made from Knitted fabric composed of synthetic filament polyester. POTA110 has fully sealed cut edges which effectively decreases the releases of particles & fibers. This fabric provides benefits including soft feel, fit perfectly, good absorbency for solvent & water, resistance to brasion & excellent wiping efficacy. These wipers are processed and laundered in a cleanroom environment. Our proprietary laundering process minimizes NVR’s, Ion content and provides consistently clean performance. It can be used in class 10-1000 cleanroom for, pharmaceuticals, biotech, semiconductor industry, R & D centers and pharma labs.

• The 100% polypropylene sterile wipers come pre-saturated with 70% isopropyl alcohol (semiconductor grade) and 30% deionized water, in a pouch. They are specially designed for ISO Class 4 and higher cleanrooms and are low lint (good for environments where "lint free" is important). These disposable wipers are ideal for use in pharmaceutical,high-tech, biotechnology and medical device industries that require sterile alcohol wiping for critical tasks.

SteriUNO® A4 size cleanroom paper is specially formulated with cellulose fiber, surrounded and bonded by a polymer impregnated substrate. This special formulation minimizes particulate and ink smearing and provides the paper with high tear and tensile strength, ultra-low levels of particle and extractable counts. It is converted, processed and packaged in a class 100 environment. This paper are autoclavable by standard steam autoclave cycle at 121°C for 30 minutes.
